I woke up this morning around 6:30am, having intentionally left my cell phone and its alarm in the office, out of earshot, allowing me to start the day in it’s own terms.
Sleep was choppy last night, I woke up at 2am, ate a couple sandwiches, prayed and played with the dog for a little while.
